The Job Guarantee Program is available only for premium members who have completed all required program components. Please read the eligibility requirements carefully.

How Our Job Guarantee Works

Our Job Guarantee Program offers a simple promise: if you don't secure a job within 6 months of completing our premium career program, we'll refund your program fee in full.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our Job Guarantee, you must:

  • Be enrolled in our Premium Career Program
  • Complete all required program components, including career coaching sessions
  • Apply to at least 10 relevant job opportunities per week
  • Respond to all employer communications within 48 hours
  • Attend all scheduled interviews
  • Implement feedback provided by your career coach
  • Be legally authorized to work in your country of residence
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Note

The Job Guarantee applies to full-time positions with a minimum annual salary of $40,000 or equivalent in your local currency.

Refund Process

If you meet all eligibility requirements and do not secure employment within 6 months of program completion, you may request a refund by:

  1. Submitting a refund request through your account dashboard
  2. Providing documentation of your job search activities
  3. Completing an exit interview with our career services team

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

Program Exclusions

The Job Guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Declining a job offer that meets the minimum salary requirement
  • Failure to meet any of the eligibility requirements
  • Providing false or misleading information during the program
  • Unprofessional behavior during the job search process
  • Major economic downturns or force majeure events
